How can I get back on schedule?

Seriously! I’m up right now and its 3:08 A.M here and I wake up around that time P.M. I tried to go to sleep early, but it doesn’t work. Please other options?

my sleep is crazy like that too. I swop between insomnia and hypersomnia…but I’ve always been late to bed. although mine is made worse by depression…anti-depressants…bulimia. see your dr. good luck.

You might need to see a doctor to help you sleep at night and get on a regular schedule. If you are off schedule, you never feel right. ever.

heres what I do

If I’m up at 3 am or and e time late, I stay up, I dont go to bed, I try hard to stay up during the whole day, take a shower, and keep myselfy busy, then say I had school the next day, I got to be up at 7, so at 8pm I can easily get to sleep (because I was so tired) thats how I get bk on track. Then it becomes a new cyclye, get up at 7, go to bed at 8 or w.e.
