this one I love and its a simple and not too hard to do...hold your tummy in as often as you can remember to (can be done anywhere and any time of the day),over a period of time the mussels in your tummy become firmer,when you then try to let your tummy go at a later date,you will notice its not flumpy as it once used to be,as the mussels have become stronger,this helps pull the tummy right back,good luck
