I actually lost weight last year simply watching my calories. You can still eat normal, just watch your serving size, and try not to eat more calories than your suppossed to.
you can, but drink lots of water. no sodas or carbonated beverages. eat things that are low sodium and 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day. drinking half your body weight in water will help you lose weight anyway as long as you don't cheat and drink other things. trust me. I did that and within the first week I lost about 10 lbs just because I wasn't putting a lot of sugar and sodium (sodium makes you retain water) in my body by drinking soda and caffiene.
