How am I ever going to convince myself to eat more?

I went through a break up almost a week ago and since then I haven't really been eating much, but haven't been getting hungry either.

I'm not starving myself- I eat when food is put in front of me, which has only been three times since then, but I've felt sick after every time. When I even imagine eating something, it begins to feel like I can't swallow at all.

I don't have any kind of eating disorder, never have... But it seems as though I completely lost my appetite since the break up.

If I'm not eating much, but not getting hungry, feel sick when I DO eat, and can't swallow when I even THINK about eating...

How can I get myself to eat as much as I know I should be eating?
