How to look prettier with makeup?

I hate the way I look I may look ok im my pic but who puts bad pics of themselfs on here... I where makeup but only foundtion and mascaraand may b a lil but of blusher...what make you should I where to make me look better and an you name the brand...

aswell...and what tones of eye shadow and lip gloss would suit me as well...please help

I think you are pretty - but it all depends on how you feel about how you look. First of all, I'm glad to hear you don't over make up yourself. My favorite make-up is Bare Minerals by Bare Escentials. It doesn't clog your pores, is good for your skin and worth the extra money. I bought a starter kit in my shade (they have one for every skin tone) and I've only needed to get a refill on the sheer powder you finish with. The brushes are included and my skin is so much better than it was! I also like using a neutral eye shadow color to enhance the eyes. Pinks mostly, but dep. on eye color. Pink for brown eyes, plum/lavender for green/hazel, pink for blue eyes and a pencil liner (Milani brand) in a deep color (not black, looks fake), either a forest green, deep plum or deep blue and black waterproof mascara (maybelline intense volume XXL). On the lips, a gloss with a hint of color (not sure of brand, new one out that stays on all day). You don't need more than that, and you want people to look at you, not your makeup. Makeup is to enhance/bring out your eyes, skin, lips - your best feature whatever that is.

make up isn't suppose to make you pretty, it enhances your beauty. So don't over do your make up, try natural looks. and you are pretty!
