If you want to be stronger you need to do a lot of exercise and I mean a lot! a mix of cardio and plenty of weight lifting to build muscles in the right areas, you'll feel toned as soon as your like 2-3 days into it but you have to stick at it otherwise within the same amount of days you will loose all your muscle. You will also need to eat the right type of food high in calories and protein, this is where your energy will come from to keep you going you will ned to drink plenty of water because you wil loose a lot throgh sweaty excercise. Im no food and fitness expert it would be best to ask your doctor or a trainer at a gym, they both can help you out and advise on what to do or hwo to do it.

We play bullrush at school and all da boys bully me until I say im weak and leave them what can id o to gain muscles fast? I want to tackle people like I get slaughtered everyday and I have to step out and get into finally being a man
