Start menu - network connections - *right click* on you're wireless connection - properties - Advanced tab, tick allow other notwork users to connect through this computer's internet connection
Then plug you're two laptops together using a (I think) straight through cable and you should have a internet connection. if not get up the lan connection on both computers and click repair.
