i have the same problem but heres what i do;
When I get into a panic or extreme anxiety, I do one thing, and it works every time. Instead of fleeing from the situation, instead of visualizing another reality, I accept what is. Feel the panic in its fullness. Feel the anxiety. Dive right in. Enjoy yourself.
When you become panicky and anxious, you have two choices. One is run away, avoid the situation, avoid the horrid feelings, let the mind win. By doing this, you are helping no one. You will only get worse. By doing this, curing yourself is impossible

Can anybody tell me how to beat social anxiety. i really have problems in parties, social gathering, etc.
