Could I be pregnant even if I got my period?

Hello, my name is Bev. I have a pregnancy question. My fiance and I had unprotected sex on January 20th, and I got my period on the 5th of February a day earler then usual. It was very light for the 5th and 6th got heavier red on the 7th and 8th, very light on the 9th, and by the end of the day on the 9th it was completely gone.
Now on the 14th of February I started seeing some red spotting, and I have had pain in my lower left pelvic area since then, and have been waking up feeling nauseous, my breasts are very sensitive also, now it is the 17th and I am still spotting red and still having pain. It is way too early for my period to start again, as I usually have a 24-25 day cycle. could I be pregnant? Or could this be something else?

I would def go to the doctor... the breast tenderness sounds like you can be.. but the spotting in the first couple of weeks is highly unlikely although it does happen.. but followed by pain doesnt sound good... I would def go to the doctor! Good luck sweetie

You could bleed a little even while you're pregnant. It happens.

yeah you can get your "period" within the first few months of pregnancy. it's not an actual period because you don't release eggs, but you still bleed and bloat and get cramps yaddayadda. it sound like your're pregnant, take a home pregnancy test, but if you want to be sure go to the doctors to get tested.
