I don't think there's really 'one' way to stay awake all night, I'm in college so I've pulled my fair share of all nighters and I can empathize with you. You can drink some coffee but try not drinking more than a few cups, drink plenty of water, keep the lights on, bring in a pet, or have a friend or family member to be with you. Ideally, if you need to stay awake all night you should catch up on sleep about a week before, get as much extra sleep you can to soften to the 'blow', per se. Excessive sugars and caffeine can cause your body to crash and you'll often feel worse after so avoid that. I don't think there's anything you can do to feel rested the next day--sleep is complex and we have to have it! Best of luck to you. :-)
Keep on your toes. Don't get relaxed on the sofa or lay down at all. Be in a position where you must use your energy, such as standing up at the table without sitting in a chair. Or you can skip lunch and dinner if you can do that. If not, at least skip dinner and that usually keeps me awake and alert! Good luck and God bless!

how do I stay awake? I have a huge project due tommorrow and im working on it and its midnite rite now. I keep feeling sleepy...if I sleep then I wont be able to finish my project and ill get an F!!1!! I drank coffee...but I think its effect it...
