When I was your age I enjoyed paintings by Salvador Dali, a surrealist. Here is his famous 'Persistence of Vision'

AARRGGG! I cant stand 'A Friend In Need'.

I love the American Gothic style though. Is that the pic that comes up at the start of the Desperate Housewives series?

'The Starry Night' is excellent as is The Scream (I believe this was stolen a couple of years ago)

The last supper is ultra popular since the Da Vinci Code came out.

I love Water Lily Pond by Claude Monet. I have visited his house and gardens in France and the pond view has hardly changed after all these years.

Edouard Manet - The Picnic

The Haywain by John Constable, is probably one of the most famous of all English paintings.

Finally, not as famous as the previous painting but I cant go without giving a mention to Arundel Mill and Castle by John Constable as this was painted in my home town where I live. Its only a couple of minutes walk away.
