How do I keep my hair from frizzing?

depends on what type of hair you have. is it thick? is it thin? you could use a different type of shampoo and conditioner let it sit longer than usual in your hair, try not to dye it too much and or use a hair gel that can keep the stubborn hairs down. use hair spray if you usually dont.

you can buy anti- frizz shampoo and conditionar or I even put this stuff on my hair ( because mine frizzes to no end) called Botanical Extracts; I also use Matrix Essentails Sleek look. if none of this applies to you I would try less blow drying.
