How can i hide my eating disorder better?

Hiya everyone can yoo please reply I dont know what to do , I made the mistake of tellng my mum I think that I had a problem with food. I eat in front of her so she doesnt get suspicious I say to her dont cook me any dinner ill have something at school,...

but I ate dinner at home today so she wouldnt worry. But as soon as I had finished I went up stairs pretending I was listening to music and I sicked it back up in a bag and hit it in my room. Can someone tell me how to hide this more so know one else can find out , I have only told her and my other friend but I dont think she realises im serious about it plzzz reply or cudd someone give me their msn addy so I can talk more xx

well try telling her again and try not 2 do that anymore that can be bad

You did the right thing by telling your mum about your problem. Now tell her to follow your every move to make sure you don't sick your food back after every meal. You can beat your problem!

this I had the same thing as you for2 years it didn't make me look any better at all I was already skinny and healthy before but I just gave in but don't hide it.
