I know everyone is different but when I wanted to lose weight I went on like a chicken diet for a month. I only ate either grilled, baked, or boiled chicken so there would be no fat. And of course I ate baked potatoes(parkay spray butter has 0 calories) and veggies too. Thinks for breakfast you can eat like healthy cereals or oatmeal, some fruits. Lunch you can maybe do a grill chicken salad. That one month that I stuck to chicken, I lost 15lbs. Also I didnt eat past 7pm. And if you were to get hungry after 7pm, then you can try eating some fruit and drinking water. Another one is fish too, of course not fried though. But everyones body is different so it might or might not work for you. Also too for that one month I didnt eat no sweets or fried foods at all. Since you are very active maybe you can try a 1500 calorie diet per day. Good luck!
heres what you have to do
-be vegetarian
-dont eat any products that have lard in them
-eat a smoothie or piece of fruit for breaskfast
-drink a lot of green tea a day-4 bags
-eat fruit and veggies for lunch(raw)
-eat a small dinner
-dont eat after 7
-exercise 15min a day
