Can i move out at 17 in north carolina?

I am 17 yr old am I legally able to move out on my own in the state of NC?

I don't think so. You'll have to be at least 18 to not be considered under aged. I think it's fine as long as your parents are ok with it and won't report you as lost or kidnapped.

Just enjoy being young. I know that it feels like 18 just won't come soon enough but after 18 you'll hate how fast the years fly by.

No, you must be 18 in almost all states to legally be accepted in the state as an adult... Like whoever said... enjoy being young, because when you get old, your going to wish you were young again. :]
