Why did my firefox get really slow?

My firefox just got REALLY slow and I don't know the problem. I tried deleting few of the add-ons too but its still slow, so please HELP!

I use firefox and I've had trouble with this site earlier by takin ages 2 load...

its fine now though...

is it just this site or all sites??
