How do i remove a monroe piercing?

does anyone know how to take out a monroe peircing? I need help. asap. thank you!

what do you mean by taking it out?
like just removing it from your lip? haha
well just hold both side(one hand on the inside and one hand on the outside) of the labret and twist one side and that should help you out
it should just twist off, but if it's fresh like really recently like in the past 2-3 weeks,be careful dealing with it,make sure your hands are clean and everything and also it might close up on you if its still fressh
