Does a monroe piercing leave a hole?

Okay, I got my monroe pierced the 28th of August, and the hole is absolutely huge. I'm basically wondering if it's going to grow in if I take it out or not. I know it will leave a scar, but will I have a massive black hole in my face forever? lol. Hoping...

for some help on this.

the hole will get smaller, and if you eventually take it out it will leave a dot probably (easilly covered with foundation) but not a 'hole'.
