ahh I used to have all that but I went to the doctor and my doctor noticed it while she was giving me a physical and she gave me this clearing stuff that really worked. but you have to go to the doctor because its strong stuff. before I got that stuff I tried everything and nothing works... but the stuff the doctor gave me works. so yeah.
There's a couple things you can do.
1. Stop drinking a lot of soda, or eating a lot of junk food. The healthier your insides, the healthier your outsides are going to be.
2. Apply a little bit of rubbing alcohol to the acne to dry it out.
3. Use one of those scrubbies (loofahs) in the shower. Lather the scrubby with soap and the soap will help to clean and dry out the acne as well. Do this EVERY time.
I used to have back acne ( not reaaal bad), but I used a loofah on a stick every shower and it helps immensely. I rarely break out.
If none of these work, go to your doctor or you may need to see a dermatologist.
