If you are fifteen and have your learners permit license what do you have to do to get your hardship? And, can someone who is under age 21 be in the car with him??

Hi,

To get a hardship license, you need to fill out a hardship application with your state, proving that you are under hardship. To find the hardship application for your state, find your state's department of safety or department of motor vehicles website.

With the hardship license, you can only drive to certain, pre-approved places in daylight hours.
