Can you get your driver's license before the age of 16?

if you complete driver's training and have all of your hours in is it possible to get your license before your 16th birthday?

In the US, nope, you still have to wait until you're 16 to get it. Other countries, I'm not sure of.

There are hardship licenses. If you need a license for a specific task like returning from school where no bus runs, getting to the hospital to care for a relative when nobody can drive you, etc you can get a hardship license before 16 that lets you drive for those and only those purposes.
