The branch of communication between mother and daughter is very important.
The daughter must always know that she can talk to her mother about anything and in the same respect, that her mother will always be straight with her if she asks any questions.
This is how I raised my daughter and to this day, she knows she can ring my phone and ask or tell me anything she wants.
If you do not feel comfortable speaking with your mother, perhaps there is another relative or teacher or church individual that you may feel comfortable speaking with.
ooo I know!!! scream out loud to her: yo momma I started my period hurry up and get me some pad man
hey, ya mum has been there, she's probably waiting for you to tell her... its a girly thing..just say 'hey mum I think my period has started' simple as that, I'm sure there won't be a prob when you tell her... that is what mum's are there for.
Just tell her. It's a simple thing that all girls go through. It's nothing to feel weird about.
dont worry I felt weird about tellin my mum but I think she knew that it was gona hapen soon anyway.
