You die, but even a person without diabetes will die if they don't eat.

If you're talking about missing an occasional meal, then it's not so bad, but it's important to keep your sugar levels as normal as possible.

you get sick, dizzy and a stomach ache. You have to keep an eye on your sugar, your body, just everything. I had those same questions last year till I answered them myself. I got dizzy, light headed and had a very upset stomach. I passed out on a driveway, and ended up with a concussion. You have to be very cautious about this.
