Asked by sebastian over 2 years ago, 3 answers.

(Your body doesn't know you are intentionally fasting; it assumes that food is scarce so it tries to survive on your reserves as long as it can )

You should eat, but eat smaller porportions. It will be healthier for your body and it will not give your body a major shock. Your body is made to consume nutrients to create energy for you/ your body to use. I understand that you will like to lose weight, but do not put your body in such a position, please!
(p.s. iI funmailed you, so if you have any questions you can ask)
