I need to come up with a costume for halloween, that I can just put together or make. any ideas?? (: btw, 14 yr old girl

Use some of your moms old dresses or something from the 80's its pretty awesome

My mate is making a lady gaga outfit.. just get an outragus outfit or get some old tops and put dye on them or something. Colourful neon colours are awesome too! get leggings and mni shorts and a weird top (or a plain one?), put sequins on it and pen it and that. make your hair outrageous and some spiky bits and spray it with a colour (they colours where it washes out in the first wash) you can get it at dress up shops. make your makeup stand out. like eyeliner with a spider going down your eye.lol. bright red lipstick. glitter.

get a bright vest top and a plain top and put rips in the plain top and put in on top ofthe vest top. itgives out a brilliant effect so try it!
