How to grow my hair long?

It grows no more than half an inch a month, regardless of what you do. However, if you aren't taking in adequate nutrition, the growth will slow down.

oh that is the reason why mine is not growing (the nutrition)... well glad im taking pills to help it along...

I'm not sure about the whole pills thing.
Just a word of advise though... if you cut your hair regularly, and get rid of the dead-ends and the split-ends... your hair will grow faster. I know it sounds weird to cut your hair to make it grow faster. But, thats just how hair works. Having split-ends and dead-ends, slows down the growing processes. So be sure to get regular cuts and keep your hair nice and moisturised. And maybe see a pharmasist about those pills to find out more about them before you decide to get them.
