How can I make my hair grow longer?

When the ends start splitting, clip it off where it starts, Maybe once a month.
It seems strange but in essense the more you cut your hair, the faster it grows.
That does not mean to cut it everyday though, do it moderately.

get trims every 6-8 weeks
and dont let it get damaged
if you straighten it then use a protective spray that keeps the heat from damaging your hair
I heard that if you wash your hair with hot water then it gets damaged easier

take B complex vitamins and fish oil tablets. Also massage your scalp with a nut oil (like mustard seed oil or almond oil) once a week and wash out. Do not apply a lot of heat to your hair, try to wear it in its natural state for as long as you can (whether straight or curly) to avoid breakage (heat makes hair weak) and split ends. If I get split ends, I cut it myself because the hairdressers don't understand - they cut so much off you can never grow your hair. Cut your hair after its at the length you want to achieve a style but make sure you tell you hairdresser you want to keep your hair LONG.

Super vitamins! Like prenatal vitamins. They are made for pregant woman typically, but all they are, are super vitamins. They rock. keep your hair healthy too. I'm not saying by taking these vitamins your hair is going to grow like playdough coming out of a stringy spaghetti factory but it does grow faster.
