Is my ankle pain growing pains?

I have pains in my ankles and my uncle said that I had artheritis but my dad said it was growng pains. my ankles used to hurt before storms buthey don't anymore now they just hurt at random. so what is a growing pain?

you probably need to go to the doctor to get it checked out
