Good ways to put on a few pounds?

I want to gain maybe like 5 pounds. Im not underweight at all I just want to fill out my body a little more…does anyone have something that worked for them like a certain diet or anything

go 2 wall mart and get some ensure. people use it when they dont get a full meal so if you drink it and eat normally you will gain some weight

Well, If you want more fatty weight, you should eat aton of healthy fats that are found in peannut butter, anything fish, et. (if you want to look online for these foods, the fat is called omega 3 fatty acids or monounsaturated fat)

If you want to gian muscle, then you can lift weights, do push ups and sit ups, etc.
