heres my advice, eat a big breakfast, a small lunch, and for supper have what you want. as you do all that, excercise as much as you can. go jogging after breakfast. do some sit-ups to help those abs and lift some weights. becaus ei say eat a big breakfast is because its the most important meal of the day! but like I said, try to go jogging as much as you can each day, and do a few sit-ups before or after jogging. this is a good way to lose those pounds.if it doesnt work and you lose no pounds after a week, contact me and I will give you more ideas.

in order to lose the pounds you need in 6 weeks, you need to really not indulge in anything unecessary, becuase that one cheat day be the day that ruined your chances of making it into the weight class.
your goal is attainable. but its gonna take a lot of balls, and will to get it done.
