Geography crush!

Okay so there is this kid in my geography class. We’ll call him tom. and yeah and so tom comes into our history. Tom is popular and I just met him I say a few things to him not much though. The next class period he sits right in front of me and he was like “how long is the video?” to the teacher and she I like it’s just 8 minutes.” And then five minutes later he ask the same question and I’m like “you just asked that.lol. It’s 8 minutes.” He like “I did?” And I laugh and I’m like yeah. So we sit down and then he turns around semi smiling an says ‘I don’t want you to think I’m stupid or anything I just wasn’t listening.” Then we both laugh a little and he turns around. And that’s basically the most we’ve ever said to each other. So yeah. Oh yeah and he’s popular and I’m a dork. So do you think I even have a shot?

well yeah of course you do, if he would even talk to you then that means he dont think your ugly, just try and get to know him more. you start the conversations with him insted of waiting for him to start one with you

This whole “he’s popular and I’m not” thing is pretty stupid. If kids in high school ever refer to themselves as “popular”, you need to stay away from them. It’s basically like saying “Hey! I’m a dick! I’m REALLY conceited!! :D!”

Anyway; if he’s talking with you and laughing with you then he obviously isn’t repulsed by you, so you have that going for you. If you want to find out more, talk to him. Why are you asking if you “have a shot” with him? You hardly know anything about him besides “he’s popular”.

Get to know him first, then when you find out what kind of person he is, decide what you want to do.
