Why aren't I losing weight since I'm being healthy?

ok so I am 5 feet and run everyday and stuff because I play soccer and I am eating good but I am not losing weight what's up with that???

I don't know but if your into diets I created a diet that made me lose wait quickly

When you Exercise you increase your Muscle mass and Lean muscle add weight instead of letting it decrease so you actually gain weight and lose inches.
