Why aren't i losing weight from exercise?

I'm 13 , 5'4 , and I weigh 160. And I need to lose at least 20 pounds, and I only have one month. I'm very active, I play many sports but I'm just not losing weight..Please any exercises or foods, anything. I need help please.

Hi nazy13,

Exercise is not the only component to losing weight; you need to have a balanced diet as well. The key is balance. Eat whole-grain carbs, lean proteins, and low sugars/fats/complex carbs. Doing this in conjunction with exercise should be effective (if not, go get a thyroid/hormone blood panel done by your doctor). Also, don't skip meals!

I have the same problem im 13 5'6 and weigh 160 and I hate it!I just cant seem to lose the weight...my sister always recomends green tea she says that will make you lose but I havent tried it yet.. =[ if you figure it out then let me know... =]
