Is it normal to weigh more at night than in the morning?

normally when I weight myself in the mornings im 120 but during the afternoon I weight 125 isd this just food weight. Is it normal to weigh more at night than in the morning?

It's normal to fluctuate a few pounds between morning & night time. Your body burns calories all night, and it's the only period of the day where you don't eat for a full 8 hours, typically.

Water weight can account for 2 pounds already and the food in you that you haven't um...excreted, can weigh up to 3 more pounds. Totally normal. Best time to weigh yourself and is the most accurate: first thing in the morning.
