Fleas, fleas, fleas

I moved into a apt. that has fleas...There's many cats in front of my door...A neighbor feeds them all the time...It's so bad, the raccoons goes upstairs and eat the cat food that he has in front of he's door...He has lots of cat bowls on his patio...I'm...

sleep deprived and I really want to sue this apt. complex for all the flea bites that me and my children have because these marks not going away...Help me someone

id go and talk 2 the owner of the apartments and tell them that ure neighboor has lots of fleas b because of the cats and tell him or her that you aint ure kids have flea bites because of the cats.I dont think ure neighboor could have lots of cats

This is my point the manager at this apt. complex are fully aware of the cat situations...They already know that this particular neighbor is feeding these cats...

The landlord may know about the neighbor FEEDING the cats...but may be unaware of the flea problem it's causing...Talk to him first~
