Lower Abs- you'll need a partner. Lay down flat on your back and have your partner stand directly behind your head. Grab onto their calves and lift you legs as high in the air as they can go and have your partner push them down towards the floor fast and hard. Don't let them touch the ground. Do this numerous times and it really works your lower abs!Anymore questions about it just ask!

I know it sounds stupid and people will say I'm not fat, but that is not my reasoning for this question:
I am an avid yoga practitioner and I have become quite limber considerably thinner from practicing dynamic yoga, but I cannot seem to find...
anything that targets and tones my lower abs and my love handles.
Does anyone know some good, low impact moves/exercises that would help?
