Flash player installation problems

Asked by anonymous_coward over 3 years ago, 1 answer.

I have a new HP computer and when I want to view something....at a site, etc., it says I need Flash Player...it then installs and says it has been installed but I cannot view the site...can't print coupons either. Does anyone know what the problem could...

be? Thanks.

Restart the computer after you install the flash player from adobe, and then revist the site. Right click the coupon or the item on the screen, and it should give you a windows menu that says Adobe flash player...then you know it's a flash object you've downloaded.
