Restart the computer after you install the flash player from adobe, and then revist the site. Right click the coupon or the item on the screen, and it should give you a windows menu that says 'Adobe flash player'...then you know it's a flash object you've downloaded.

I have Windows XP Pro and lots of sites prompt me to download Flash 8. When I do it says the install was successful but it NEVER works! Any ideas?
