I've heard over and over how fish is healthy, especially in a diet
what is the best (most beneficial) type of fish to have to aid in weight loss?

tialpeia = tilapia, I'm guessing?

You want fish that are lower in fats, like cod, sole, and some trouts.

Stay away from salmons and tuna.

thats interesting cause I've aways heard that salmon and tuna are the best, because of the protien, and omega 3s. tuna is also low in fat isnt it?

Probably shellfish, which is a bit smaller than normal fish. But then, white fish like cod is less fattening than pink fish such as salmon. My favourites are prawns (in a prawn cocktail) and cockles (pickled from a jar). I'd choose to eat pickled cockles over a bar of chocolate or packet of crisps, so a lot of people have told me that I'm losing weight (finally!). Lol. Good luck finding your healthy favourite. =o)
