There should be some information on the label or can of tuna that says how much, if any, mercury content that particular brand has. I trust whole foods a lot, perhaps if there is a whole foods in your area you could look at their organic 365 brand of canned tuna? It might have less than some of the more national, less health concious, types of canned tuna.
