Fedex lawsuit

Ok my dad got hit today on his motorcycle by a fedex diesel truck. Now he has a broken leg. He wants to sue, how much can he sue for? They have to pay for that idiots mistake. He ran a red light and hit my dad. Theres no way they can fight it in court right?

GET A LAWYER ASAP! Do not try to do it on your own. You will pay the lawyer after you receive compensation.

Sounds pretty cut and dry. get a lawyer. hopefully fedex will settle out of court so ya'll don't have to go through flaming hoops.

The key is witnesses. If it comes down to your dad's word vs. the truck driver, it won't be cut and dry. If you didn't get the names of any witnesses, then put a sign up at the intersection ASAP asking for witnesses to come forth.

Also remember Get a good lawyer. They can afford a bunch of good lawyers on their side.
