Fast way to lose weight?

I'm going to Ohio at the end of the month and I at least want to look a bit better. I'm already starting to work out and stuff but I'm really hungry because of it and I'm probably gaining everything I take off because of it. haha. anyway, if anyone has...

any suggestions about what food will make you lose weight without starving yourself, or any work out plans for that matter, let me knowhappy thanks.

I wouldn't be as concerned with the numbers as far as weight is concerned and just look at your tone and the way you feel. Doing sit ups and cardio are good ways to work out and still tone. You always may want to get a personal trainer (since I dont know your body and I dont want to hurt you) that can give you some weight training tips and exercises. As far as the diet is concerned just try to eat healthy. Cut out the snacks and junk food, and cut back the portions. You can still be pleanty full and sattisfied without that midnight cookie or the bag of chips between classes. You also may want to check into the book Eat This Not That it can help with different choices so that you can still have the same lifestyle youre just going about it healthier.

Do cardio work and eat small and I stress small proting meals aday works lost 9lb in week 1/2

SPAGETTI, SNACKS, SUGARY DRINKS, FAST FOOD, PIZZA... is what you should be banned from happy eat fruits instead of drinking the juice. Dont eat too much potatoes althought its not meat. Take lots of veggies. Brocoli, carrot and many more. Exercise helps too. Im trying to lose too and I do skipping everyday. I used to be 63kg, now 57kg :p

try eating fruits and more protiens. basically try and get a balanced diet of plenty of different foods and don't eat too much of fatty foods and carbohydrates but that doesn't mean cut them out completely, you still need energy. also try doing some simple work outs just once a day so it will improve your fitness and make you loose weight. I hope this helps, x
