How do they make fast food chicken nuggets

They take the actual chicken, dunk it in flour or whatever they use and pretty much put it into a frier until it's done.

Not an actual chicken either. Just the chicken that is under neath the flour and stuff.

They take processed chicken, bread or batter it and deep fry it until it's partially cooked, then freeze it.

Oh ahahahahahahahaa. Puke. Depends on the company. Some do grind up chicken parts and you are eating chicken lips. Others use real chicken parts. Read the ingredients label. If it's a fast food place, it doesnt' make any difference what they make it from, because somebody's probably spit on it anyway.
