If you pluck your eyebrows, its not always perfect and it hurts every hair you plauck. With waxing, its not always perfect, but it doesnt hurt as much. High arches do make your eyes look bigger. If you line your top eyelid with eyeliner it makes your eyes look bigger too...

I've never tried waxing mine, I always tweeze them. But here's what I do. I tweeze under my eyebrows and shape them on the bottom but leave the natural curve of the top (then it doesn't look over tweezed and fake...) Of course if there are stray hairs growing above my eyebrow I pluck them. Too-thin eye brows look weird to me but bushy eye brows and unibrows are disgusting. You should go for a happy medium.

And yes a high arch can make your eyes look bigger... but not by much. You can make them look bigger with the way you put on your eyeshadow.

Well though my eyebrows have a very light color (and sometimes dont even show up in pictures) I tweeze them every now and then to give it more definition, because facial expressions dont seem to work right if your eyebrows arent right, ya know?
And tweezing and plucking doesnt rreally hurt that bad, but be careful! some peoples eyebrow hairs never grow back, and you could end up with messed-up brows for the rest of your life O.O
