Sew in
Glue in
Or
Clip ins.. I dont want clip in because they fall out
You have to take the, out beore sleeping or showering ...or going on a simple rollarcoaster ..so sew in or glue in?

I'd say sew in ones because my friend used to have the glue in ones and they totally wrecked her hair.
