Dog's SHOULD get some treatment for ulcers on their eyes; though it's usually drops, and the irritant (whether that be grit, hair, or a little tumor/wart) has to be removed. Our dog had a tumor that was on her eyelid, we had it lasered off, and had to put drops on her eye because there was a small ulceration.
To the best of my knowledge, the laser isn't for the ULCER, it's for the growth CAUSING the ulcer...

Ditto to kdsmm...they don't use lazer for ulcers on dogs eyes...they use antibiotic drops...I don't know about using lazer for growths...but do know that not all eye ulcers are caused by growths. A scratched cornea from an injury...and not being treated can cause them, also.
