What exercises can i do while pregnant?

So, I have been told that exercise helps ease delivery, and I have been starting to feel fat. I dont want to exercise to loose weight, but just to feel better about myself and ease delivery. What exercises should (or can I do) I do?

They say that if you didn't exercise regularly prior to getting pregnant, it's not wise to change that once you are pregnant because your body isn't used to it. Doing things like yoga can help you though with breathing and relaxing, which will come in handy for delivery. Doing kegal exercises will also really benefit you:

Regular walks will do some good as well, just don't over-do yourself.
