How to stop being embarrassed for crying in class?

I was in spanish today and I ended up crying over somthing so stupid, but I wasn't really crying about it, I was crying about something else but I don't know what...I've just been really emotional the past couple of days...now I'm embarrased because the class seen me cry...how do I stand up proud and strong like I used to after having cried in class?
PLEASE HELP!

Actually only strong people are able to cry in front of other people!!! to show 'HEY im a real person and I cry and im not ashamed unlike every one else'

trust me no one cares they will forget about it pretty soon and you can be your normal self if any one keeps talking about it they have no life

thats happened to me before 2.
I cried in front of everyone.
but if people make fun of you they're jerks and aren't really your friends.
don't let what they say get to you.
just try to move on.
thats all you can do, and hopefully everyone else will move on 2

dont worry im the same...In french I started crying after my teacher said something to me that really got to me...but I wasnt really crying because of THAT...that just sort of made me loose it because I was upset about other stuff.

I started crying today and my guidance teacher noticed...luckily knowone else saw

but yeh I think they would actually forget about it...I know you will go in remembering it and getting worried about what they will think but seriously its likely they would have forgotten about it.

looks like you have a good support system here walk in to class each day with a bright radiating smile. If anybody says anything just say something like you were having a bad day and thanks for caring, even if you sense anysort of sarcasm, which most people will not tease you about it. if they do they need a courtesy check. typically, you will continue to have this day in the back of your mind, but I bet most everyone else has already forgotten about it. like few people up top have already said, only the strongest people allow tears to fall in the presence of others. so stay strong sis, it all good
