the best thing to do is go to your dermatologist because there are different types of eczema and to treat it properly you would probably need the dr. to look at it and determine the best treatment based on the severity of what you have.
In the meantime, when you get out of the shower and your skin is still damp use a mild lotion, something fragrance free...also, you could try using an over the counter cream like hydrocortisone...
Try to stick to soaps and lotions that are really mild, like dove soap unscented or cetephil lotion..
to really prevent and treat your eczema the dr. will probably need to prescribe somehting like elidel, which a cream just for eczema.
