I don't count calories, and I've changed my diet, and started doing 35-45 minutes of exercise, 4 or 5 days a week.
And in 3 weeks, I lost 7 pounds
Seriously, you don't need to count calories, just make sure you're eating good food, and exercising.
no, not what I know of. x
Counting calories is no way to live!
Eat a balanced diet- plenty of fruit and veges, a bit of dairy (including acidophilis yoghurt!), lean red meat, chicken, eggs, fish, and even the odd chocolate bar or potato chips. Remember, denying yourself treats is a sure-fire way to fail!
The best way to tone up is to find some exercises online on tining up your midsection. Lots of these can be done with a swiss exercise ball, which can be bought for under $20.
Exercise and healthy diet are the best way to maintain a fit and healthy body.
LOOK UP WEIGHT LOSS FOR DUMMIES
it depends what your BMR is and how many calories you're burning during excercise.

Is eating 1200 calories a day a good diet?
Send me Fun Mail
